Founded by Monique Spears, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over a decade in healthcare. Monique started her career in nursing working in the hospital setting as a charge nurse floating from med surg, ICU and ER. Once completing NP school she started working in the home delivering direct care to patients across Southern Illinois.
